Farheen Atique
Founder & CEO
Farheen Atique, ACA is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Certified Director of Corporate Governance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). She has been associated with ICAP serving on various committees. In the past, Farheen had worked for Bangla Language & Literary Society (BLLS) Singapore, IGI Insurance Limited and KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. in management positions.
Faisal Anwar
Head of Compliance & Risk Management advisory
Faisal Anwar is a senior banking professional with diverse experience as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director spanning over 30+ years with top-notch multinational banks, i.e., RBS, ABN AMRO, Bank of America, and HBL, including about in MDB, ECO Trade & Development Bank, Turkey. Areas of Expertise include Strategy Design and Implementation; Policies and Procedures Design Setting-up and Restructuring of Compliance and Operations Functions; leading Ethics Program; Performance Measurement in Operations, Corporate Governance; and people development. Faisal is a B. Com (Gold Medalist) a BBA (with distinction) from University of Oklahoma, USA; and an MBA from University of Texas, USA. He is a certified director from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Also holds CCEP-I (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – International), USA. Also, he is a Life Member of PSTD (Pakistan Society for Training Development) and PSHRM (Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management).
Ahmad Ali Zia
Head of Human Resource advisory
Ahmad Ali Zia, earned his University Degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, in 1990. Over the last 28 years, he has worked with some of the top Fortune 100 MNCs, including Unilever, P&G, 3M, Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer), Muller & Phipps and GSK in senior HR and Supply Chain roles across the Middle East and Pakistan. He started his career in Supply Chain working as a Project Unit Manager with P&G. After a 4-years stint there, he worked with 3M – as Head of Supply Chain, with Artal – as Head of Manufacturing, and with Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer) – as QA & GMP Compliance Manager and Global QA and Safety Auditor. Ali joined Unilever in 2000 in Supply Chain and spent the first 3 years at the HPC Factory in Rahimyar Khan. In early 2003, he moved to HR as Corporate Learning & Leadership Development Manager & HR Business Partner for Foods & Beverages. He then served as the National Industrial Relations Manager and HRBP Supply Chain and Shared Services. He served in the roles of HR Director and Executive Committee Member, Unilever Middle East Region, handling both KSA & Gulf Business Units, based out of Dubai, and then the HR Director and Management Committee Member, Unilever Pakistan, between 2008 and 2013. He then returned to the Middle East and served as the Group Head of HR at the Ali Bin Ali Group of Companies, based out of Doha, Qatar. After his return to Pakistan in early 2015, he established his own Consulting Firm by the name of HR Works, and worked as a Freelance Consultant for several renowned companies, before joining Muller & Phipps Pakistan as HR Director and Executive Member. In his most recent Corporate role, Ali served at GSK Pakistan, as HR Cluster Head, Pakistan & Iran, where he was also a member of the HR Middle East, Africa & CIS Leadership Team and the GSK Pakistan and Iran Leadership Teams.
Ali holds a Level 7 CIPD-Certification in HR and ER with ‘Distinction’ from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK, and is also certified in Corporate Governance by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG). Ali is happily married with children and apart from his passion for music, fitness sports and reading about Psychology, AI and Futuristic HR, Ali loves to spend quality time with his Family.
Shehzad Dhedhi

Shehzad Dhedhi, FCA started his career with PwC Pakistan in 2000. He had served initially in practice with majority of his clientele being top banks in Pakistan before moving to financial industry. His major assignments were with HBL and Credit Suisse Singapore. He has also been imparting education with professional students of CA and ACCA for more than a decade. His areas of expertise include advisory to the board of directors on matters of strategy, risk management, financial and legal framework. He is also an active member of Professional Accountant in Business (PAIB) Committee of ICAP.
Khawar Osama

Khawar Osama has been a Head of Business Development & Regional Country Manager with a track record of academic and 15+ years of employment success. Fortified with an Advance Diploma & International Certification in Insurance he encompasses significant skills to sustain a competitive edge: operational sales, client retention, market dynamics, account management while being an effective facilitator of successful initiatives, leveraging opportunities to maximize business growth and revenue. Has worked on large projects in Pakistan & facilitated for the their successful placements, including Pakistan’s Largest Solar Park 1000 MW , Wind Projects 50 MW, SK Hydro Project 870 MW, CoW programs Govt & Private sector under CPEC agreements. Also involved with Pakistan’s Atomic Energy Commission for their new projects. Also worked with Cunningham Lindsey’s, Adamjee Insurance Company, RSA & Willis Towers Watson. He is located in Dubai but extensively travels to Pakistan.
Adeel Ali

Adeel Ali is a senior Chartered Accountant diverse experience as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Finance with Bank of Punjab, Honda Atlas Cars, Shaheen Air International and TPL Trakker. He also holds Post Graduation Diploma in Islamic Banking. Adeel has vast experience of implementation of Oracle based ERP systems and has worked on implementation of a demerger scheme while ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Khurram Idrees
